The autobiography is out for former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, and that means it's time for "The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" on NBC to convince former "Star Trek" star William Shatner to return to read excerpts only he could.

But this time around, Conan has a bit of a surprise for Shatner. Palin herself is back in the greenroom, and she has a small weapon in her hand: Shatner's recent autobiography.

Palin definitely doesn't have the same tried and true delivery Shatner has, but she definitely holds her own. See what excerpts she has to share, including one about Spock missing his brain, below.

"The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.
