Jeri Ryan wants to move out of her Encino, California, house more than 15 years after buying it. And the only complaint we have about the $6.999 million asking price? What wasn’t it $7.9 million?
Ryan, who played Seven of Nine in “Star Trek: Voyager,” is listing her home, which looks so much like a French-style estate, you’d think Capt. Picard’s family lived there instead.
To create as much authenticity as possible, Ryan brought in many elements from Europe, according to the Los Angeles Times, including some that are hundreds of years old. Her stone fireplace, for example, dates to 1755. The columns are from the 18th century. Even her kitchen uses a century-old reclaimed terra cotta floor.
